Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer
Mick joined Nuchev as interim CFO in March 2022 and was appointed CFO in May 2022. Mick was appointed Interim CEO and CFO in December 2023, and was appointed as CEO in May 2024, transitioning from CEO to COO & CFO in May 2025.
Mick is a highly experience executive recognised for his leadership & commercial acumen, with broad industry experience (including FMCG) gained over a 35+ year career across a range of businesses from SMEs to large ASX listed entities.
Prior to joining Nuchev, Mick was Group CFO of Simonds Group Limited (2016 -22) and held previous CFO & finance executive roles with Toll Group, MMG Limited, Oz Minerals Limited and Zinifex Limited. Prior to his corporate career, Mick spent 18 years with Deloitte in audit, forensic & enterprise risk services roles.
Mick holds a Bachelor of Business Studies and a Graduate Diploma of Accounting and is a graduate of the Financial Executives International (FEI) program. Mick is a member of Chartered Accountants ANZ and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD)
