Helen Hovenga is an accomplished HR Executive with a strong background in defining multi-year strategies for scale and transformation in corporate and start-up contexts.
Her role with Nuchev (ASX listed FMCG) has demonstrated her versatility and extensive experience working with the Board and executive Teams on the People Strategy and Culture.
In her past roles as Global Chief People Officer at Telix Pharmaceuticals and as the Executive Director of People & Culture with Peter MacCallum Cancer centre, she was responsible for defining organizational culture and strategic direction, building the People & Culture team, and implementing governance. Helen’s previous roles include driving business-wide transformations, creating outstanding employee experiences, consolidations, and restructures for global giants such as Mars, SABMiller, and Toyota, as well as architecting People Strategies for large and complex organizations such as Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, Newcrest Mining, and Cleanaway
With a Masters in Human Resources, her passions are in change, transformation, agility, developing and implementing Strategy, people leadership, stakeholder partnerships, high performance, digital solutions and improved commercial outcomes.
She also specialises in Executive Coaching, Strategy and Executive Team development.
